How it works
One token, one fee, three things it pays for. Start here.
The idea in three sentences
Omnia is a token on Robinhood Chain whose trading fees buy tokenized stocks and pay them to holders. A trade in the degen.zone launch pool pays 3.35% all in. 0.30% of that goes to degen.zone and 0.05% to the referrer, and the rest, 3.00% of volume, reaches the protocol. Whatever arrives is split on chain: it buys the stocks in every holder's basket, provides liquidity in the existing SPY, NVDA, TSLA and GOOGL pools, sets aside a staking reserve and funds operations, in a fixed ratio the contracts enforce.
Every 30 minutes a keeper snapshots holders, weights each one by how long it has held over the last 24 hours, publishes a Merkle root and funds the epoch. The longer you hold, the larger your share. Holders claim their stock, or receive it automatically if their allocation is among the largest.
Those pools already trade on Robinhood Chain, against USDG; the protocol is one liquidity provider in them, and you can open your own position in the same pools and keep your own fees. The protocol's positions are owned by the treasury contract, not a wallet, and the fees they earn are collected to a fee wallet the owner controls, outside the protocol. The owner intends to distribute them to holders later; no contract obliges it to. The authority can withdraw liquidity from a pool at any time as an emergency control, but the proceeds land only in protocol accounts and cannot be paid out as holder rewards.
The fee and the four legs
There is no bonding curve and no graduation. The fee and its recipient are written into the launch pool once, at launch, and no call can change them: the same fee applies to every trade in that pool, buying and selling, for as long as the pool exists. It funds holder payouts in tokenized stocks, protocol-owned liquidity, a staking reserve and operations, in a fixed ratio the contracts enforce. The site never shows the internal ratio; it shows the headline and names the legs.
| Leg | What it does |
|---|---|
| Holder payout | Buys real tokenized stocks and hands them to everyone who holds the token |
| Protocol liquidity | Provides liquidity in the existing SPY, NVDA, TSLA and GOOGL pools; the fees those positions earn are collected to the fee wallet, an address the owner controls |
| Staking reserve | Accrues now, pays stakers once staking ships (phase 2) |
| Operations | Team, keeper gas, and a reserve for later rewards |
Two ways to participate
Staking is a phase-2 feature. Its reserve accrues now and it is described honestly in its own guide; it accepts no deposit yet.
| Path | What you do | What you receive |
|---|---|---|
| $OMNIA holder | Hold $OMNIA in a wallet across the 30-minute snapshots | A share of every epoch's stock, weighted by how long you have held, in the stocks your basket names |
| Liquidity provider | Open your own position in any of the four stock / USDG pools | The fees your own position earns; they never enter the protocol pot |
The four pools
The protocol provides liquidity in four existing pools, SPY then NVDA then TSLA then GOOGL, each paired with USDG and each receiving a share of new liquidity capital: 40% / 25% / 20% / 15%. They trade today, and anyone can join them.
The protocol takes its position in them in that order. Until it has one in a given pool, that pool page shows a dash for the protocol figures with "no position yet"; the pool’s own depth and fees are read and shown throughout.
Connect your wallet
Select Connect in the header. Wallets installed in your browser announce themselves to the page (the EIP-6963 discovery standard), so MetaMask, Rabby, Coinbase Wallet and the rest appear automatically; there is no vendor list to maintain and no wallet is favoured. The picker also offers a WalletConnect code: scanning it with a wallet on your phone pairs that wallet with this browser tab.
Connecting shares your address with the site. It does not move tokens, approve anything or sign anything. Omnia never asks for a recovery phrase or a private key, and no login signature is required simply to connect.
Omnia runs on Robinhood Chain, an Arbitrum-based network whose gas is paid in ETH. There are no account deposits on this chain: a transaction costs its gas and nothing else. A wallet pointed at a different chain is its own state: the header says Wrong network and selecting it asks your wallet to switch.
- Claiming stock and saving a basket are single transactions, signed once. No token approval is involved.
- Adding liquidity, or selling a token in the swap, first needs an ERC-20 approval for the exact amount, which is its own signature. The site never asks for an unlimited allowance.
- The site re-verifies the address, the wallet and the chain immediately before requesting a signature and again after every wait, and refuses the signature if any of the three has moved.
- Rejecting a transaction in the wallet leaves it unexecuted and costs nothing. A transaction that lands but reverts still pays its gas.
Current availability
Until the token launches, every balance, payout and pool figure on this site shows as a dash with the reason beside it, never as an estimate.
| Area | Status |
|---|---|
| Wallet connection | Available |
| OmniaHolders and OmniaTreasury | Written and tested; not deployed to mainnet |
| Keeper | In progress |
| Token | Named Omnia / $OMNIA (a stand-in name until the launch is named; the ticker changes with it). Launch on degen.zone's creator tier pending |
| Stock pools | Rollout SPY then NVDA then TSLA then GOOGL approved, none created |
| Staking | Phase 2 |
| Independent security review | Not completed |
Where to start
- Read the tokenomics, then the basket guide, before deciding to hold.
- Open Portfolio: it is where your basket, your payouts and the claim button live. It works without a wallet for exploring.
- Review every transaction in the dialog before signing. It shows exact amounts, the recipient and the expiry.
